A small studio.
One quiet idea.

01 — Why

Renting an apartment in Thailand shouldn't mean scrolling two hundred Facebook posts at midnight. Sharing one shouldn't either.

We made gotbaan because the way apartments are listed today in Thailand is broken for everyone. Owners post photos in a feed that buries them in an hour. Renters wade through inconsistent prices, missing details, screenshots of screenshots, and the occasional scam.

We don't think the answer is another giant portal with banners and lead-gen. We just thought owners deserved a proper page for their place — and renters deserved a link they could trust.

02 — What it is

One link. One page. Three languages.

Photos, price in THB, location, description, contact. Auto-translated to English, French, and Thai. A short, clean URL that works on Facebook, WhatsApp, LINE, Telegram, anywhere. The visitor taps I'm interested and messages you directly — we never sit between you.

03 — How we pay the bills

Honestly? We don't yet.

gotbaan is free for anyone listing their own apartment. It will stay free for that use case. If the project grows, we'll figure out how to keep the lights on — probably with optional services like professional photos or a featured slot for agents. Never by getting between owners and renters, and never with banner ads.

If it stays small and useful, even better.

04 — Who

Made in Bangkok, by two pairs of hands.

A tiny independent studio working out of Ari. We write the code, design the pages, answer the emails, and occasionally photograph the apartments of friends. Reach us at hello@gotbaan.com.

05 — Principles
  • No accounts. You shouldn’t need to remember another password to share an apartment.
  • No middlemen.Visitors tap “interested” and message you. We don’t see it. We don’t collect it.
  • No banners. No ad networks, no third-party trackers. Just the page.
  • No exaggeration. We don’t embellish your listing. We just publish what you wrote, prettier.
  • No tricks. If something is free, it stays free. If something costs money, we tell you.

Make your page.

Two minutes. No account. Free.
