When you list your apartment we store: the email you give us, your listing content (title, price, photos, description, contact handles), and a private “manage token” that we email you so you can edit your listing later. Nothing else.

When someone views your listing we record: the visit, taps on the “I'm interested” button, and clicks on the share buttons. We log the referrer and user-agent string for these events. We do not store the visitor's IP address, set third-party advertising cookies, or share any of this data with anyone.

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not run third-party advertising.
• We do not see the conversation between you and a renter — WhatsApp / LINE / email open directly between the two of you.
• We do not require accounts, passwords, or social logins.

We use one functional cookie to remember your selected language. We do not use analytics cookies or trackers from Google, Meta, or any other third party. If you visit gotbaan.com you may also see a small flag in your browser's local storage if you tap the “save” button on a listing — it lives only on your device.

You can ask us to delete your listing and all data attached to it at any time. The fastest way: use the private manage link we emailed you and tap “Delete listing”. Alternatively, email hello@gotbaan.com from the address used to create the listing.

You can also request a copy of everything we store about a listing — same email.

Photos uploaded to a listing are stored on Supabase Storage and publicly accessible at random-slug URLs. When a listing is deleted, the photos are removed from storage within 24 hours.

gotbaan is hosted on Vercel (frontend) and Supabase (database & storage). Email is sent via Resend. Translation is performed by Anthropic. By using the site, you accept that your listing data passes through these providers.
