What gotbaan is, and isn't
gotbaan is a free tool that turns a Thai apartment listing into a sharable web page. We host the page, translate the description, and pass interest clicks back to you.
We are not a real-estate agency, a property manager, a payment processor, or a broker. We do not vet listings, owners, or visitors. We do not hold deposits, collect rent, or arrange viewings.
Your listing, your responsibility
You confirm that you have the right to list the apartment you are advertising, that the photos are yours (or used with permission), and that the information is accurate. You will keep your listing up to date, and remove it when it is no longer available.
We may remove listings without notice if they are reported as fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
No fees, no commission
gotbaan is free for owners and renters. We do not take a commission on any rental agreement. We do not require credit card information. If that changes in the future, we'll announce it loudly and well in advance.
Manage links
When you create a listing, we email you a private link. Anyone with that link can edit or delete the listing. Treat it like a password. If you lose it, email us from the address you signed up with and we'll send a new one.
No warranty, no liability
We do our best, but gotbaan is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, from any listing posted on it, or from any interaction between owners and renters.
Always visit an apartment in person before paying anything. gotbaan never holds money on behalf of anyone.
Acceptable use
- No scams, fake listings, or misrepresentation.
- No copyrighted photos that aren't yours.
- No discriminatory wording (race, religion, nationality, gender, etc.).
- No automated scraping or attempts to break the site.
- No using gotbaan to advertise things that aren't apartments.
Violations may result in your listing being removed and your email being blocked.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the site; the date at the top of this page tells you the last revision.
Jurisdiction
gotbaan is operated from Thailand. These terms are governed by Thai law. Any dispute will be resolved in Bangkok.
